Terms of Service

MECGURA provides a subscription platform including a WhatsApp shared inbox, templates, broadcasts and auto-replies, and other business modules as they are released. Modules marked "Coming soon" are not part of the service until launched.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your company. Keep credentials confidential. The owner is responsible for everything done under the workspace, including by administrators and employees they invite. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When it ends, products pause until you choose a plan.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in INR through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST.
• WhatsApp conversation and message charges are billed by Meta directly to your Meta account and are separate from our subscription.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• If a payment fails we retry and may pause access after a short grace period.

You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must use WhatsApp through your own Meta Business account and comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. In particular you must have valid opt-in before sending messages, honour opt-outs, and send only content permitted in approved templates. Meta may restrict or ban numbers; we are not liable for Meta's decisions, approvals, delays or fees.

You will not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; harass, defraud or deceive; distribute unlawful, hateful, sexual-exploitation or malicious content; infringe rights; probe or disrupt our systems; resell the service without written permission; or break any applicable law, including telecom and data protection rules. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers or our Meta and payment relationships at risk.

You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right and, where required, the consent to process the personal data you upload. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially where third parties (Meta, Razorpay, hosting providers) are affected. Support is by WhatsApp, phone and email during Indian business hours.

We own the platform, its software, design and branding. These terms give you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, or for actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or legal reasons, with notice where practical. Sections that by nature should survive (payment obligations, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account owners at least 15 days before they apply. Continued use afterwards means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have.
